The Three Gites
Each gite is self-contained with its own kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedrooms.
Beautifully redecorated in 2022 these charming gites are cosy, tasteful and well-designed. Sleeping up to 16 in 8 bedrooms, the gites are ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together.
A large Games Room is shared by all gites, with table tennis, table football, darts and large sofas for children and adults of all ages to play games and relax.
The well-equipped kitchens have everything you need including ovens, microwaves, dishwashers etc.
Both covered and open dining spaces outdoors complete the flexible arrangements.
The beautiful gardens and pool are shared for the gites and separate to the house.
Guests can use all the outside grounds (see gardens and grounds).
Fully air-conditioned and heated, each room can be controlled independently by remote control and with timer settings too.
The Farmhouse
This beautifully renovated traditional farmhouse provides generous and flexible living spaces and its own private garden and pool.
The downstairs has a beautiful flow between the open plan kitchen and cosy sitting room into the newly converted barn living space to provide the perfect space at any time of day.
The old barn has been carefully converted into an additional light and airy living space with exposed beams, wooden floors and stunning views across the valley and boasts a mezzanine workspace.
The new kitchen has everything you need including oven, microwave, dishwasher etc and a beautiful large marble island and dining table.
The cosy sitting room, in a stunning dark blue with gold curtains, has large sofas and a TV (UK and French channels) and a wood burning stove for winter stays.
The eclectic ‘Pool Room’ covered in sports and family photos with a pool table and bar area provides perfect ‘fun space’ for day or evening.
The gorgeous large round outdoor dining table provides the perfect spot for lunch (with umbrellas for shade) and evening meals close to the purpose built barbecue.
The beautiful gardens and private pool are exclusive to the house.

La Chataigneraie’s jewel in the crown perhaps its beautiful grounds with a large meadow and well kept gardens and thoughtfully arranged social spaces and activities.
The Farmhouse and the Gites have their own pools and gardens with loungers, dining spaces and barbecues.

The best part in our opinion is the feel of the place as the sun goes down, glorious sunsets perfect for extending your day into evening outside. The lack of light pollution means you get incredible skies at night with thousands of stars.
